Depuis plus de 20 ans, Unisource fournit aux opérateurs ferroviaires de tout le Canada des pièces de rechange ferroviaires pour l'entretien régulier, les révisions planifiées et la construction de nouvelles usines. Les principaux exploitants, notamment Via Rail Canada, la ville d'Edmonton, la ville de Calgary, la ville de Vancouver, la Toronto Transit Commission TTC et Bombardier, sont tous des clients de longue date de notre produit.
Nous fournissons des produits OEM pour entretenir les flottes ferroviaires. De plus, nous proposons également un support technique pour devenir une source secondaire pour toutes les applications où les clients cherchent à réduire leur fiabilité sur des éléments provenant d'une seule source.
Nous pouvons fournir d'autres produits équivalents dans la plupart des cas et pouvons travailler avec l'ingénierie de l'utilisateur final pour améliorer et personnaliser les spécifications actuelles selon les demandes.
Nous sommes spécialisés dans les produits antivibratoires en caoutchouc/métal et la majorité de notre usine est fabriquée par GMT Gmbh à Buhl en Allemagne. Ils sont certifiés selon "International Railway Industry Standard" (IRIS) et Link-up. Les produits GMT sont utilisés par les fournisseurs de systèmes et leurs partenaires ainsi que par les compagnies et opérateurs ferroviaires du monde entier. L'objectif de GMT est d'améliorer la sécurité et le confort des véhicules ferroviaires et à cette fin, GMT fournit déjà des produits nombreux et variés adaptés à des applications ferroviaires particulières, depuis les systèmes de ressorts primaires jusqu'aux maillons assemblés complets, supports de couple et bielles.
L’industrie ferroviaire représente aujourd’hui une partie très importante de notre activité et constitue en fait notre futur plan prioritaire en matière d’expansion et d’exportation.

Unisource Rail Division
For over 20 years, Unisource has been supply railway operators across Canada with railway spares for regular maintenance, planned overhauls, and new factory builds. Major operators including, Via Rail Canada, City of Edmonton, City of Calgary, City of Vancouver, Toronto Transit Commission TTC and Bombardier have all been long standing customers of our product.
We provide OEM products to maintain rail fleets. In addition we also offer technical support to become secondary source for all applications where clients are looking to reduce their reliabiltiy on a single source item.
We can provide alternate equivalent products and will collaborate with end-user engineering to improve and customize current specifications as requested.
We specialize in rubber/metal anti-vibration products with a large majority of our factory manufacturing completed by GMT Gmbh in Buhl Germany. For three decades we have partnered with GMT so support our rail operator customers. They are certified to the International Railway Industry Standard (IRIS) and Link-up. Our railway suspension products improve the security and comfort of rail vehicles and include rail applications from primary spring systems to complete assembled links, torque supports and connection rods.

Factory partners design, manufacture and supply rubber and rubber-to-metal bonded anti vibration mountings for all types of industrial application where the primary objective is to eliminate harmful vibrations, noise and shock.
Our railway product range is extremely diverse, ranging from air suspensions, engine mounts, cab mounts, shock mounts and spherical bearings through to simple rubber buffers, bushes, mouldings and machine leveling feet.
QUALITY CERTIFICATION - RAILWAY
Our factory partners are certified acc. to ISO 9001, IRIS and all mandatory global railway standards required by our global rail customers. Moreover they are certified acc. to numerous customer specific requirements and standards including Q1 Deutsche Bahn.
Manufacturing processes are subject to continuous in-process inspections. Environmental management is certified acc. to international environmental standard ISO 14001.
