Since the company was established in 1968, the corporate identity of GMT in the field of vibration isolation and rubber to metal bonding has been developing through exposure in numerous industrial sectors including rail, construction, aerospace, marine, automotive and defence.
Having achieved growth year on year since its foundation, the GMT group now has a turnover of more than 120 million Euros, employing more than 600 people worldwide within the rubber to metal bonded products division alone.

GMT is certified acc. to ISO 9001. Moreover we are certified acc. to numerous customer specific requirements and standards as for example Q1 Deutsche Bahn. We observe maximum quality requirements by means of quality assurance.
Manufacturing processes are subject to continuous in-process inspections. Our environmental management is certified acc. to international environmental standard ISO 14001. Our dedication to people and environment provide a basis for ensuring that customers trust in GMT.
Railway Products
GMT are certified to the International Railway Industry Standard (IRIS) and Link-up. Our products are used by system vendors and their partners as well as by railway companies and operators throughout the world. The aim of GMT is to improve the security and comfort of rail vehicles and to this end, GMT already supply numerous and varied products to suit particular rail applications from primary spring systems to complete assembled links, torque supports and connection rods.
The railway industry is a very important part of our business today and indeed our future plans.

GMT design, manufacture and supply rubber and rubber-to-metal bonded anti vibration mountings for all types of industrial application where the primary objective is to eliminate harmful vibrations, noise and shock.
GMT's product range is extremely diverse, ranging from air suspensions, engine mounts, cab mounts, shock mounts and spherical bearings through to simple rubber buffers, bushes, mouldings and machine leveling feet.
